 Software Developer________________________________Place: Olen

Level: Junior/Medior
 We are looking for a highly motivated Software Developer to join our productdevelopment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing,testing, and maintaining the software for the XTran network management platform. The engineer will work closely with developers, QA teams, product management and the customer service organization.
 You will make an impact in the following way:
 

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software within a .NET environment for the XTran network management platform.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, product management, and customer service teams to ensure high-quality output.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to meet team and company goals.
• Regularly review designs and code, and participate in debugging and coding sessions to resolve issues efficiently.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and tools to improve product quality and team productivity.
• Introduce and evaluate new technologies and platforms that can enhance R&D development activities.

 What you will bring:
 

• Education: Masters in Engineering, Information Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of .NET and C#; experienced in developing, debugging, and maintaining C# code.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled in analyzing business requirements and creating efficient solutions.
• Communication: Proficient in English (spoken and written), fluency in Dutch is a plus.
• Agile & Testing: Experience with agile development, unit and component testing, and automated testing practices.
