As an AI Engineer, you will join a multidisciplinary development team within the Engineering department. You will be involved in the development of two strategic areas centered on AI:
- Develop AI models to enhance both future and existing algorithms and control laws for Guidance, Navigation, Flight Controls, and Aiming Systems
- Conduct performance analysis and drive continuous improvement of the in-site production line by monitoring KPIs and adjusting AI models based on collected data
- You will be expected to support multiple projects, necessitating strong planning and organizational skills. In these projects, you will actively collaborate with Operations and in-line production services to enhance the performance the clients rocket systems. Your responsibilities will be to:
- Serve as a key reference for ongoing strategic developments in Artificial Intelligence across the organization
- Participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of innovative AI tools aimed at analyzing production data and optimizing Non-Conformity Report (NCR) management
- Develop cutting-edge features for the Guidance Navigation & Control systems of Guided Rockets
- Collaborate with Industrialization and Quality teams to train AI models, enhance calibration procedures, and address deviations identified during acceptance testing
- Model physical behaviors of new concepts and conduct simulations to support development efforts and facilitate critical technical decision-making
- Engage with Bid & Project teams to prepare technical proposals and respond to customer inquiries effectively
- Participate in trials and firing campaigns, processing flight test data for analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with Industrialization teams to ensure the continuous integration and deployment of AI solutions within production environments
Your profile
- You hold a Masters Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Informatics, Aeronautics, Mathematics, Physics, or Electronics
- You have a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and actively follow the latest trends and innovations in the field
- You possess experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, with proficiency in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- You are skilled in Python, particularly in data processing, AI applications, and automation tasks
- You have substantial knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink
