About The Job AI Engineer (Freelance)

A consultancy mission is available through Keystone Solutions for a hands-on AI expert to support innovation initiatives using Microsoft's AI ecosystem at a client site. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will play a key role in helping idea owners within the innovation funnel bring their concepts to life using tools like Co-Pilot Studio, PowerApps, and Power BI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching, building, and sharing knowledge in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide idea owners in translating their concepts into working prototypes using Microsoft AI tools (Co-Pilot Studio, PowerApps, Power BI, etc.) as a consultant for Keystone Solutions.
• Provide hands-on support in developing solutions within the M365 and Azure ecosystems, working closely with the client.
• Act as a coach and sparring partner for internal stakeholders throughout the innovation process.
• Share your expertise and best practices with client teams to build internal capability.
• Work in short, planned blocks (a few hours or days) at the clients Aartselaar office, scheduled several weeks in advance.
  
  

Your Profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft AI tools, especially Co-Pilot Studio and related M365/Azure technologies.
• Strong coaching and communication skills to support non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic innovation environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Available for approximately 40 days between early August and end of December.

• Engagement Type: Freelance / Consultant on-demand basis through Keystone Solutions.
• Location: Antwerpen-Zuid office (in-person presence required).
• Availability: ~40 days between August and December 2025.
• Scheduling: Flexible, coordinated in advance between Keystone Solutions, the consultant and the end client.
