• You lead projects focusing on machine learning and AI advancements.
• You manage technical teams and ensure effective software delivery.
• You collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
• You optimize existing systems and develop new architectures for agentic applications.
• You maintain documentation and report on project progress.
• You leverage your expertise to mentor team members in AI methodologies.
• You present complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

What are we looking for?

• You have at least 10 years of experience in SDLC and/or software delivery.
• You possess strong skills in machine learning and AI technology.
• You are proficient in implementing agentic architectures and solutions.
• You have held a technical leadership role in AI for at least 5 years.
• You have a minimum Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Sciences, or equivalent through experience.
• You are available to work onsite 1 day/week and remotely 1 day/week.
• You are proficient in English, Dutch, and French.
