The Role: Full-Stack Developer
Were looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Leuven.
In this role, youll help design and build AI-driven digital applications from front-end to back-end. Your work will have a real impact, as you help bring cutting-edge technologies to life in practical, meaningful ways.
Youll be involved in everything from architectural decisions to creating intuitive deployment pipelines and maintaining existing solutions. Alongside our custom AI projects, youll also take on client-focused consultancy assignmentsranging from 3-6 weeks to 3-6 monthswhere youll be able to showcase your expertise.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
At least 4 years of professional experience
Experience with AI-driven features (e.g. LLMs, speech-to-text, generative models)
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Strong problem-solving skills with a high standard for quality
Proficiency in Dutch and English
Tech Skills
We work with the following tech stackexperience with these is great, but equivalent tools and frameworks are also welcome:
Solid JavaScript skills and experience with a modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Next.js)
Back-end development experience using Python, Node.js, and/or Java
Familiarity with vector databases such as PostgreSQL or Elasticsearch
Awareness of security, GDPR, EU AI Act, and best practices around privacy and accessibility
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, Cloud Build, Azure Pipelines)
Experience deploying AI models as APIs
