Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Structural Engineering Lead, based in Brussels with opportunities for remote work. The Structural Engineering Lead will oversee the design, analysis, and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and project timelines. Associated responsibilities include leading a team of engineers, providing technical expertise, conducting structural analysis, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and reviewing project deliverables for quality and correctness. Qualifications Expertise in Structural Analysis, Design, and Construction Principles Experience leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects Proficiency in CAD software, Structural Modeling Tools, and relevant engineering software Knowledge of Safety Regulations, Building Codes, and Material Specifications Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both on-site and remote collaboration Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
