Qualifications

You

• Have over 7 years of experience in the software development and design
• Are a phenomenal teammate and can work in an autonomous way
• Are solution driven and work towards your goals in a collaborative way
• Share knowledge with others naturally and continuously learning is part of your DNA
• You are flexible and willing to work in a VUCA environment. For you, change is the norm
• You take ownership for your work
• You have a shown experience working in Agile (Agile practice).
• You have good communication skills and are fluent in English. You can easily interact at various levels in the company and with diverse collaborators both within IT and Business
• You have experience working in a “project” mode
• You are proactive, curious and interested in different technologies
• You act as a facilitator and encourage collaboration
• You are result oriented
• You are curious and eager to learn with a particular interest in broadening your content understanding of the business
• You learn while also coaching the more junior members of your squad and maintain a positive and constructive stance at all times
• When applicable, you act as a Servant leader creating culture of openness, empowerment and collaboration focused on company objectives
