What you will do
- Develop test automation solutions using Python to help improve the quality of embedded and software systems
- Enhance the functionality of existing tools and frameworks and build new features that make our test processes smarter and faster
- Collaborate with other developers and software quality experts to integrate automation with various tools and environments
- Continuously improve code quality and look for smart ways to automate recurring tasks
- Explore infrastructure as code, containerization, and CI/CD systems in real-world projects
Required qualifications
- 0 to 5 years of experience as a Python developer, either through professional work or strong personal projects
- Good software development practices: clean code, clear structure, and maintainable solutions
- A passion for Python and a drive to improve your skills continuously
- Curiosity to explore new tools and technologies (from Docker to Raspberry Pi)
- Team player with a proactive mindset who likes solving problems collaboratively
- Strong interest in automation and software quality
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework, PyTest)
- Familiarity with Linux environments and container technologies like Docker
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI, Jenkins)
- Interest in Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible
- Experience automating tasks beyond test automation (data scraping, API integrations, system configuration, etc.)
