Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to work on cutting-edge technologies that solve real-world business challenges?

Were looking for a skilled and driven AI Engineer to join our Data & AI Center of Excellence in Brussels. In this role, you'll help design, build, and deploy scalable, intelligent systems that are at the core of our clients digital transformation journeys.

What Youll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent systems across various use cases
• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP to operationalize models at scale
• Leverage modern AI tooling, including GPT, LangChain, Hugging Face, and MLOps frameworks
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to integrate AI into core business processes
• Ensure high standards in model performance, scalability, fairness, and ethical use of AI
  
  
  

Your Skills & Toolbox

• Proficient in Python, with experience in ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and Vector Databases
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Bonus skills: experience with LangChain, transformers, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures

• Fluency in English, French, and Dutch is required This is a client-facing role, and strong multilingual communication is essential
• Proven experience in designing and deploying end-to-end AI/data solutions
