Machine Learning Engineer

To maintain, improve and extend our machine learning models, we're looking for an experienced machine learning engineer to join our team. Reporting directly to our CTO, you will collaborate closely with our team of skilled data scientists.

Whats On Your Plate

• Youll write complex machine learning algorithms and improve existing ones.
• You are responsible for qualitative data and evaluate this by means of statistical analysis.
• You develop new features to improve the decision making of our customers.
• Youll set up pipelines and build frameworks for transforming big data into meaningful insights.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A master's degree or PhD in computer engineering or a related field.
• Strong mathematical skills (as in: statistics dont scare you ).
• Experience in designing and deploying machine learning pipelines.
• Ability to analyze data, perform statistical analysis, and clearly report your findings.
• Experience in Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and database development (MySQL).
• Familiarity with Git and Linux.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English.
• Hands-on attitude and comfortable in a fast-moving start-up environment.
  
  

Experience with any of the following is considered a plus:

• Experience with (Google) Cloud technology.
• Proficiency in geospatial data processing.
• Familiarity with data engineering technologies (Dataflow, BigQuery).
