Within the Product Engagement team, we make sure customers get the most out of their connectivity and entertainment products. We develop campaigns to get customers more engaged with our products. As a result, they use the products more often, we reduce churn and optimise customer lifetime value. We alert customers to features they are not yet using and guide them through necessary software and hardware migrations.

Your responsibilities

• As a Software Engineer with design affinity, you will be responsible for the technical development of the campaigns we devise.
• In your role, you will work closely with our Brand & Campaign Manager, Go to Market Manager and CRM Analyst. Together, you will develop data-driven, creative and innovative campaigns. In doing so, you often use Selligent Marketing Cloud. The campaigns can consist of interactive, dynamic and personalised e-mails, landing pages and/or web forms.
• For large campaigns, we ask an external agency to create our designs. For smaller campaigns, you draw up the visual design in Figma.
• You then convert everything into HTML and implement it in the campaign tooling.

Our ideal Software Engineer

• You have at least 5 years' experience in developing interactive and dynamic emails, landing pages and web forms
• You have experience in the technical set-up of campaigns in software such as Selligent Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign. You master HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript. Moreover, you have a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Dreamweaver, Photoshop and XD
• Experience with PHP, SQL, JSON and setting up databases is a plus
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail and are able to work with schedules and deadlines
• You show own initiative, are eager to learn and want to develop
• You are able to express yourself clearly to colleagues and customers
